This piano has been one of our backup instruments for when our main acoustic instrument is being serviced. It's been played very little since new (estimate less than 20 hours) and has always been stored covered, protected from dust, in a non-smoking household. It is in immaculate, near as new condition. Comes with original sheet music stand, user manual, and a VFP1 Italian-made sustain pedal.

The piano has Yamaha's premium GH/GHE (Graded hammer effect) weighted action, which is significantly superior to the GHS (Graded hammer standard) action used on most of the recent and current Yamaha P-series models: P-35, P-45, P-105, P-115.
